About Us
The Hire Insight Group develops and administers competency-based screening and assessment programs, to provide employers with in-depth information on candidate job fit and potential. Our goal is to ensure that clients avoid hiring mistakes by helping them make more informed selection decisions, and ultimately choose the candidates who are most likely to succeed on the job.

All assessment programs include a variety of evaluation methods, designed and customized to predict candidates’ performance on competencies required for success in a particular role, in your specific organization (please click here for a sample of the competencies that we can include in various assessment programs).

Some of the unique benefits of having Hire Insight as your assessment provider include:

  • Consultants with a strong background in assessment research, design, and practice. All have graduate degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (required for certification and effective interpretation of advanced evaluation instruments and exercises) and significant experience helping employers improve their selection practices.
  • Various assessment options to meet your particular needs and budget, from quick and inexpensive online screening questionnaires to comprehensive assessment programs conducted by our qualified staff.
  • Assessment methods that have been proven to predict job performance, through extensive research study and implementation. All have been reviewed by experts in psychometrics to determine their high levels of validity and reliability.
  • The ability to map various assessment methods to your competency model, or create job-specific competency models for you from scratch. This results in an assessment that is tailored, relevant, and ultimately more useful to your specific organization and needs.
  • Customized reports designed to help you make hiring decisions quickly and easily, and compare candidates on only those competencies that you’ve deemed most critical to success.
  • Programs that can be conducted remotely, anywhere in the world, through online expert systems, conferencing technology, and/or our extensive network of trusted associates. We can also provide all services in both English and French.
