Dr. Laura Hambley is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist based in Calgary, Alberta. Laura has over 10 years of experience providing organizational consulting to public and private organizations in Canada, as well as internationally. She has gained experience both through internal roles and as an external consultant in a wide range of organizational settings.
Her consulting work has included leadership development and selection assessments, team building, career planning, training, conflict management, development planning, leadership coaching, virtual leadership and telework consulting, competency modeling and organization surveys/studies. She takes the time to understand each organization’s unique culture and needs, and enjoys forming collaborative working relationships with her clients. Laura completed a Master’s in Counselling Psychology (1999) and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (2005) at the University of Calgary. She enjoys teaching as a sessional professor in the Department of Psychology and the Faculty of Continuing Education at the University of Calgary.

Alexis Collins is an Organizational Psychology Consultant with over 6 years of experience working in consulting firms. Registered as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist in Australia, Alexis has worked in partnership with a range of managers across various industries to identify business needs, and design and implement pragmatic HR and OD solutions that enhance process and aid companies in meeting their longer-term people and business objectives.
Throughout her consulting career, Alexis has successfully coached and advised many executives, managers and professionals to facilitate their development and assist them to overcome challenges, while promoting best practice techniques. With a background in comprehensive assessment, Alexis has had extensive experience assessing employees for selection, leadership and sales development, identifying talent and highlighting employee and leadership strengths and development opportunities.
